Thanksgiving Blues in 2007?

Thanksgiving is no doubt a significant family holiday. Adultery takes the joy out of Thanksgiving when in fact this season brings most families together. When the month of November and December arrive are you excluded from plans or trips your spouse makes?

My job is to ask tough questions. Here’s one I believe you must answer.

“Do you notice an uneasy or tense atmosphere when the holidays roll around? “

After four decades of investigating relationships I am more convinced than ever that technology is the key. Either tracking computer usage, phone usage, online banking, or GPS tracking offers a peace of mind and proof. After all, we need to know. Again, trust but verify. When in doubt, listen to your inner voice then react like Barb.

Keynote Speaker

Bill Mitchell was the Keynote Speaker for this year’s national convention of National Association of Legal Secretaries (NALS) in Reno, NV this October. The group of four hundred in attendance listened to tips, techniques and real case investigations. Included in the topics were matrimonial/child custody matters, insurance fraud, employee theft, criminal, civil case studies, process services and related legal cases. Since Legal Secretaries handle family law the topic of infidelity was addressed. This subject was helpful to their law firms. Bill Mitchell, private investigator presented several steps in the process of hiring a "good" private investigator. Now back in South Carolina, several cheating spouses have been caught on video. "There has been a great increase in the number of cases involving infidelity" says Mitchell. "Technology is playing a key role in the number of cases we handled," adds Mitchell. "But it still comes down to good investigative skills, a sharp mind and determined personality to be successful in this business" offers Bill Mitchell. Bill Mitchell will be featured in a documentary film coming in summer of 2007. The movie, now in production, will address the topic of internet infidelity. The film will be entitled "PROFIL-Cyberspace Affairs."
